Returns and Refunds
30 Day Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be unworn. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Step 1:
Initiate a return on your product under your orders. Click here to create an account for a return on your product.

Step 2:
You will receive a USPS shipping label. It is your responsibility to print the label. We will deduct $6.50 from your return amount. If you paid, $78 - you would receive $71.50 after your return. The $6.50 will only be deducted if the label is scanned by USPS. If you want to send on your own without a prepaid USPS see Step 3.

Step 3: 
Send the item back. Please include a copy of your sales receipt or note your order number for faster service. NOTE - Cowtown Wild Rags does not pay for return shipping.

Step 4: 
Please send us a message so that we can be on the lookout for your return.

Step 5:
Once a return is received we'll refund the payment completely (minus the shipping if there is included shipping) for the total amount after we receive the product back in its original form and packaging.
